3. User Eligibility

THIS SERVICE IS STRICTLY FOR USERS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER ONLY.

BY USING JUNGLE, YOU EXPLICITLY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD.

NO MINORS ARE PERMITTED TO USE THIS SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

We reserve the right to ban any users if we have reason to believe that they do not meet our age requirements.

4. Description of Service

Jungle provides a specialized platform that randomly connects users for real-time video debates. Our service operates similarly to Omegle, with the following characteristics:

• Random pairing of users for debate sessions
• No permanent user accounts or profiles
• No recording or archiving of debates
• Temporary connections that terminate when either user disconnects
• Option to propose or join debates on various topics

5. Anonymous Usage

5.1. Jungle operates on an anonymous basis:

• We do not require registration or creation of user accounts
• Users are assigned temporary session identifiers only for the duration of their connection
• No user data is saved between sessions
• We do not track user history or participation

5.2. While our service is anonymous, users are still required to comply with all terms regarding conduct and content.

6. User Conduct

When using Jungle, you agree not to:

• 6.1. Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• 6.2. Share content that is:
  • Illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
  • Harassing, defamatory, or bullying
  • Vulgar, obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
  • Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
  • Promoting violence or self-harm
  • Otherwise objectionable as determined by Jungle
• 6.3. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity.
• 6.4. Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service, including through the use of bots, scripts, or automated means.
• 6.5. Transmit any worms, viruses, trojans, or any code of a destructive or disruptive nature.
• 6.6. Engage in any activity that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.
• 6.7. Use the platform to stalk, harass, or harm another individual.
• 6.8. Attempt to collect or store personal data about other users.

7. Content Guidelines

7.1. All debate topics and discussions on Jungle should be:

• Respectful of others' viewpoints even when in disagreement
• Free from hate speech or personal attacks
• Not promoting illegal activities or harm
• Not infringing on others' intellectual property rights

7.2. While we encourage robust and passionate debate, participants must:

• Focus on ideas and arguments rather than personal attacks
• Allow opponents to express their viewpoints without interruption
• Refrain from using excessive profanity or obscene gestures
• Avoid deliberately provocative or inflammatory behavior intended solely to incite negative reactions

8. Recording Policy

Jungle does not record, store, or archive any video or audio content from user video calls or communication sessions. While users may have the ability to record their own video calls or interactions with others, Jungle does not monitor, control, or take responsibility for any recordings made by users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and obtaining consent from all parties involved before recording any conversations. Jungle disclaims any liability for any recordings made by users during their use of the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. The Jungle service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jungle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2. Some visual assets, such as background images, may be sourced from third-party providers and are used under their respective licenses. We do not claim ownership over such third-party content.

10. Privacy

10.1. Your use of Jungle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10.2. While we do not maintain user accounts, we may collect certain anonymous usage data as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

10.3. We take reasonable precautions to protect your anonymity but cannot guarantee absolute security or privacy during your use of the service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

11.1. Jungle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy of content or information provided by users

11.2. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. In no event shall Jungle, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Loss of use
• Loss of goodwill
• Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services
• Any other intangible losses

12.2. This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages result from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

13. Technical Limitations

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be secure or available at any particular time or location
• The service will function with optimal video or audio quality
• You will be matched with a debate partner in any specific timeframe
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects or errors will be corrected

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jungle and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right or privacy right

15. Termination

15.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

15.2. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

15.3. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

16. Changes to Terms

16.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.

16.2. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

16.3. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

16.4. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operators are primarily located. • Audio/Video Streams: Your audio and video are transmitted during debates, but we do not record, store, or archive these streams. Once the debate session concludes, all media data is discarded immediately. The data is not used for any further processing or analysis.

Connection Data

• WebRTC Connection Information: We collect and transmit WebRTC protocol data, such as ICE candidates and network-related information, to establish peer-to-peer connections between debate participants. This data is used solely for the purpose of ensuring a smooth and stable connection during debates.
• Client IDs: Temporary, session-based identifiers are generated for each user to facilitate matching with debate partners. These IDs are used exclusively for session management and are discarded once the session ends.

User-Provided Content

• Debate Topics: When you create a debate, we collect the topic you provide to share with your debate partner. This information is used solely to facilitate the debate and will not be shared with third parties.
• User Role: We track whether you're a debate starter or joiner to manage the debate process. This information helps us organize the sessions and ensure fair participation.

Technical Information

• Connection Status: We monitor your connection status during debates for troubleshooting purposes. This data helps us identify and resolve any potential connection issues that may affect your user experience.
• Browser Information: Basic browser capabilities, such as version, language settings, and device type, are detected to ensure compatibility with our WebRTC features. This information is not shared with third parties and is used solely to improve service compatibility.

How We Use Your Information

Providing Our Service

• To connect you with appropriate debate partners based on session availability and preferences.
• To transmit live audio and video streams directly between participants for real-time interaction during debates.
• To display debate topics to all participants in a session to facilitate discussion.

Technical Purposes

• To establish, maintain, and optimize WebRTC connections for uninterrupted communication between debate participants.
• To troubleshoot connection issues and enhance the stability and quality of the video and audio streams.
• To manage the debate queue and matching system to ensure an efficient and fair experience for all users.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

Peer-to-Peer Communication

• Video and audio streams are transmitted directly between debate participants using WebRTC technology. These streams do not pass through our servers and are not stored or processed by Jungle.
• We act as a signaling server to establish connections, but we do not route, store, or access the media content exchanged during the debate sessions.

STUN/TURN Servers

• We use third-party STUN/TURN servers, including Google's public STUN servers, to facilitate the establishment of WebRTC connections between peers. These servers assist with connection negotiation but do not store or access your media content.
• These third-party servers do not have access to any personally identifiable information or the content of your communication, and their sole purpose is to help establish the connection.

Data Retention

• We do not record, store, or retain any video or audio content from debates after the session has ended. Once a session concludes, all data is discarded immediately.
• Connection data, such as WebRTC signaling information and client identifiers, is only retained temporarily during active sessions. Once the session is complete, this data is deleted.
• Debate topics and session IDs are not permanently stored or retained by Jungle. They are used solely for the duration of the session and are not used for any other purpose.

Your Rights and Choices

• You have the right to deny camera and microphone permissions, though this will limit your ability to participate in video debates. Denying permissions may prevent you from accessing key features of the platform.
• You can end a debate session at any time. If you wish to exit the session, simply disconnect, and your data will be discarded immediately.
• You may disconnect from the service at any time, and no personal data will be stored after your session ends. If you wish to delete your account or request a data deletion, please contact us directly.

Security

We implement peer-to-peer connections using WebRTC, which provides encrypted communication between participants. Your data is encrypted both in transit and during the connection process. We take security seriously and follow industry best practices to protect your information during transmission. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
